Problems with PDA Site

Is there a known problem with the PDA site (www.pda.continental.com)?

for a few weeks now, I have been unable to view current reservations or view onepass account. I have a few flights comming up next week and I would hate to not be able to check-in on my pda.

this is the message I get when attempting to look up a res

"Unable to get itinerary information. Please try again."

This is the message when I try to view onepass account.
"Unable to get onepass summary. Please try again. "

is this a known problem?

I've had the problem as well but found that if I refreshed a time or two, it would show the itinerary. It does need to be fixed though.

This is the new error I receive

Maybe this will help Co Insider look into this. This is what I see when trying to look up OP and res.

Thanks, Shawn

You guys are lucky, when I try to use either pda.continental.com or wap.continental.com on my Nokia 6086 with T-Mobile T-zones service I get, File Format unknown. It used to work a few months ago. Ever since then... nada. I have to check flight status using Orbitz wap site.

Book you flight on your pda

pda.continental.com is working again.

Today sitting in ewr 568 ewr-las was oversold and they were looking for people to take a bump and they were offering $600 and they could only route you through iah and it was not getting into las until about 6pm, so it was no good for my friend who needed to be in las by 2pm the latest today. I asked about routing him on dl or nw if he took the bump and they said not available, sold out. I went to mobile.nwa.com to search for flights and was amazed to see the option to purchase flights right from your pda. the flights from nwa were not sold out, but didnt fit his schedule. is that somthing we will see soon from co, booking flights and changing flights on the pda site?

Exactly. That is what I do, and it usually works.

That's correct, flying for gold elite, this feature has been live for less than an hour. This was done primarily so that our customers in the Pacific (on the other side of the dateline) will be able to view information for flights the day before. Thanks as always FlyerTalk for the great suggestion.
