nrt-ewr
i am planning on taking the NRT-ewr with CO and just have a few questions. first how is the IFE,service etc.. on this flight? also i will arriving from mnl into nrt and want to know is there anything to do in NRT with a 5 hour layover? thanks

If you flying in BF the food & service will be just fine. In any case you'll have IFE (though not AVOD). Economy IFE has fewer channels than BF, I think.
Again, if you're in BF you'll get a pass to the JAL Sakura Lounge. Otherwise people & plane watching are about the only entertainment. There is a Yahoo Cafe where you can use computers for free & watch airplanes taxi in & out.

Take the train into Narita village (15 min or so, as I recall) and walk to the Narita Temple. Beautiful, great gardens. Nice shopping along the way. Only around 220 Yen each way.
OR, go to the public showers for $5 and have a nice hot shower (and bring a change of clothes). What a deal.
