EQM with e-Helpdesk booking?
Recently I tried booking two Y class tickets from AMS to IAH on line. Once past the flight selection page I was thrown out. After several attempts, with different computers I called CO reservation. They informed me that there would be a 60 +/- euro charge for the telephoen reservation. I of coursse declined.
They gave me the number of the e-Helpdesk in the US. I called them and they booked the flight, including seat selection for me via the phone.
Now my question is, since it was not officially booked on line, but through the e-helpdesk will I still receive 100% miles on my Flying Blue account? According the FB/Sky Team rules I earn 100% EQM on this fare, but how does CO handle the allocation of EQM if booked through the e-Helpdesk instead of online?
ANy thoughts??

How it credits to FB is based on how FB sees the fares. There is no benefit -- or detriment -- to booking the ticket online at CO.com based on FB credit (though saving the EU$ 60 is a nice plus).
My experience has been that booking through the co.com helpdesk does reflect as an online booking.
