I have to admit, the fancy partnership Int'l and Flagship lounges may have good food, but I keep kosher. Unless they cater kosher, it's not going to help me much. I'm more interested in quiet, free drinks (many/most of which are kosher) and free internet...in which case it's hard for anyone to do better than the PClubs, except perhaps in the "quietness" arena.
(Keeping kosher is a larger problem with flying to Asia in general for business, btw...one that I am not looking forward to solving.)
So my first concern is the flying product...while I think AA's F product is outstanding/brilliant, most of my time will in fact be in a regular old J seat, and like I said, my miles would be going towards EWR and TLV. AA has nothing to offer me that puts them ahead of CO (nonstop and onestop to those two places) or UA (E+ and good service to asia from SEA)
