EWR PC Rules?
Will my 15-year-old son be allowed into the PC on his non-revenue BF international ticket? Is he allowed to bring guests?
If a lifetime PC member (my husband) reserves a conference room, does he need to be there? Must he have a boarding pass?
I am trying to get my son, four other members of the USA Climbing team, and two USA team coaches into the PC club prior to their flight to GVA on Wednesday evening.

Hi,
I know that my son,who just turned 16, has been allowed in to the PC on Award Tickets in BF (he was with me and I was also on a BF award ticket). He is not allowed to bring guests. I do not think there are any age requirements but...if the gate keepers at the PC want to be difficult when they ask for his ID and see he is 15 they may invoke some rule (made up or otherwise) They may say an unaccompanied minor is not allowed in as they serve alchol...who knows.
Can't answer the 2nd question re the meeting room. Hope it works out.
Cheers

There is a 21+ age limit. He is likely to not be admitted without a parent.

A BF boarding pass allows only you into the PC. No guests or family members, unless they are also in BF. As long as a child is with his/her parent there are no age restrictions. Don't know how they would handle a minor travelling alone in BF or about the meeting room. I'd suggest calling the EWR PC directly: (973) 681-0015.
