Complaints

Is there an area here where one can complain about customer service from X-airline and maybe find help in resolving the problem?

If so, I’ve a complaint toward Continental’s Customer Serivce Manager—I need my email/letter to be elevated over him/her, but he/she refuses to send it further. I have Larry Kellner’s address, but he/she has already told me that ALL mail goes through him/her; thus, telling me that I will not be able to reach him.

Just so you know; I fill they owe me a huge refund for circumstances—he/she refuses to pay.

Thanks in advance to anyone who really can assist me.

welcome to FlyerTalk.

I'll move this one to the Continental Forum - they'll be able to help you finding the right way. The CommunityBuzz forum is about member get togethers, birthdays and general questions about your membership. once again: welcome onboard.

cheers

Well..i guess your answer is No..just because you didnt get whatever you wanted from complaining doesnt mean your right..Amex has a dispute resolution service..so if you feel you paid for a service that you did not recieve Amex has a dispute process..and they descide if you or the merchant is correct..if you are they refund your purchase upto $1k..and if they feel your not right..you get nothing..

A couple of suggestions:

First, you might search this forum looking for complaints similar to yours and see how they were handled and possibly resolved.

Second, you could provide some specifics about your complaint, and you might get some suggestions from experienced FTers.

there is a guy at one of the travel magazines. either T&L or condenaste where you can send complaints.

if he thinks its legit he'll fight for you, get results and post your issue and results for everyone to read.

i thinks he or the sections, goes by the name of obudsman or something like that.

Can you give us any more details as to why CO (I assume) is not providing a refund? It would help us figure out how to help you.

All the above + CO has a presence here and if you have your complaint nicely described he may be able to help as well.
