Gate Pass at EWR?

Is there any way I can get a gate a gate pass for my girlfriend to come with me to the PC tomorrow before I travel? I know in the past I have gotten for myself when someone else was flying but never vice versa.

Thanks,

Avi

If you're a PC member you should be able to get one for your guest. If the agent gives you a hard time tell them to look up "GG Checkpoint" in their system.

While I would never condone or do this myself, you could purchase for her a fully refundable business or first ticket and once she gets into the PC she should call up and cancel the ticket. This is totally immoral, I disagree with it totally and possibly illegal, for purchasing a ticket and never intending to use it, but you could probably get away with it.

It's not illegal at all. Refundable tickets are refundable for a reason and they are priced accordingly. This technique works quite well, but all you need is a refundable coach ticket in the OP's circumstances (He's a PC member I believe). I always make sure to choose a lightly loaded flight and ask to be deboarded promptly so I don't tie up the seat inventory.
