CO at JAN
This afternoon I flew from JAN to IAH (and we got in 20 min early). When I checked in, while the agent was changing my ticket scheduled for next friday to sby on the next flight out I noticed that the CO personnel was greeting some of the other customers (obviously frequent flyers) by name as they approached the e-ticket machines with a "Hallo Mr Soandso, where are you going today?" or something else along those lines;
I thought it was a really nice touch. ^
