Retaining EQMs When Using Credit

How do I retain 100% EQMs when using credit from a cancelled ticket towards a new ticket? CO is saying I have to call to complete the purchase, but won't that result in 50% EQMs? Thx.

I believe that if you call the CO.com support desk:

United States and Canada
800.300.1547, 800.579.3958

and explain what you want to do (saying that the original res was made on the web site), they should be able to flag the new res as earning 100% EQMs.

I dont think you have to call. You can do it online using the old confirmation code. I know I've done it, or you can call and ask them how to do it online. They are helpful

I can't do it on the lovely, new CO.com. Get an error message.
