Converting AMEX points

I have one AMEX card but 4 Continental One Pass acounts. Several questions:
1.When I transfer miles from AMEX, do I have to transfer all of them into MY Continental acount, or can I spread them into the other (all my immediate family) accounts?
2.If I can only put them into my account, do I buy additional tickets for family members from this account?
3. Is it possible to combine miles from my account and my wife's account to buy a ticket?

Thanks in advance

1. You can transfer AMEX Membership Rewards points to any account. Just set it up on AMEX's website.

2. You can use miles in your CO FF account to get tickets for anyone. You don't need to be traveling at all.

3. No, there's no easy way to combine FF miles from different accounts, or to get award tickets from miles from them.
