Continental Select ?
Much to my surprise I have hit all three goals for my select bonuses this year. I think it factors out to be around 70K miles. Any way my question is how does Continental factor these goals out, what time period do they use to define the goals for the next round? I'm just curious what I get to look forward to.

It seems that the lowest goal is roughly twice the number of round trips you took on CO in the same period last year. They apparently assume you are splitting your travel between CO and another airline to get status on both, so instead they give you a bonus for taking all your travel to CO.
So it appears that the total number of one-way flights you took on CO in the same period last year becomes the total number of round trips you need to qualify for the ContinentalSelect bonus this year. That's only a guess, though: someone might have a more accurate explanation.
The second and third goal are usually two to four extra round trips, possibly in proportion to the first goal.
The bonuses are: 4,000 miles for each of round trip up to the first goal (but only if you reach it, of course), then 5,000 miles per round trip to the second goal, and 6,000 per round trip to the third.
The program seems to be the non-business (or rip-off-the-client/boss) equivalent of RewardOne (rewardone.continental.com). In that program, a business with 5 or more employees can get one point (worth about the same as 4,000 OnePass miles) for each round trip in class U or higher. (ContinentalSelect requires B or higher.)
All of the ContinentalSelect communications are sent by postal mail to your home address, not by email, so your boss can't see them.
