Waitlist questions
Has anyone ever heard of an upgrade waitlist being closed?
I just bought a ticket to London for August. I called in to upgrade and there were seats on the outbound, but nothing on the return. So I asked if they'd put me on the lsit. The agent checked and then said she couldn't add me since the waitlist was closed. The flight shows J9 D9 Z9 R0 so there are plenty of seats up front.
Anyone have any ideas?
