On morning flights, even those less than 2 hours, there are often muffins--right now the "banana" ones reign.

On flights less than 2 hours during meal times the snack box (crackers, peppercorn cheese spread, sausage, trail mix, and candy) is offered. It's nearly identical to one of the options on UA that you can purchase for $5 on some pretty darn long flights in Y.

During meal times on longer flight the deluxe "dinner" is served...turkey or ham, sometimes tuna sandwich, a bag of chips, baby carrots, and a chocolate.

All in all not too shabby for an RJ! Remember it's free! and better than you'll get on most mainline flights on other carriers in Y.
