EQMs on KL/AF codeshare flight?

Just wondering if any of you knew what the EQM situation is on AF flights flying as a KL codeshare. I know discount AF fares are only 50% EQM but KL is 100%. If I buy the KL-codeshare ticket does CO still count it as an AF-operated flight for EQM purposes?

I am taking a NW ticketed flight operated by KLM and wanted to accrue OnePass miles. I emailed them, and they said to refer to the chart. I replied saying there was no chart, and they said the operating carrier is determinant of how miles are awarded. Your mileage will almost certainly vary, but the response the gave me was to rely on the fare basis of the operating carrier.

Did you search on Continental.com or nwa.com?

The rep might be referring to the information below as "the chart". Hopefully this information is helpful.

Yeah, I found the chart earlier, but it doesn't say anything specifically about KLM-codeshare flights on other partner airlines, and I've now had two OP Elite desk reps tell me that AF-operated codeshares get zero miles, so I'm still wondering if any FT folks have any personal experience here.
