Further IT Problems?
I know that continental.com is having issues regarding the reward function (as I am a contributor to that post) but also seems to be having other issues including inability to see complete account activity for the past few days (says call continental if you need your information). Plus my most recent flight has not been credited with 100% EQM's, only 50%, though it was booked online. I emailed them about that and got a reply that it will take awhile to look into it and they will get back to me! Now if it was all booked online, shouldn't it be automatic or are they beginning to twist the screws a bit and see if we notice? I understand there have been other posts about that as well.

I haven't been able to see my OnePass Activity in over a month now (going on two). Not sure what kind of issues they're having, but I have been patiently waiting for statements to post and then reconciling any discrepencies then.
Even though I can't see the detailed recent activity, I do see my flight mileage and segments go up as expected.

Try deleting cookies and temporary files on your pc(s), then reboot and see if that helps.
A buddy was having a problem, similar to what is described, did the above, and it seemed to resolve the problem for him.

Often, when CO makes corrections to recent activity it takes at least one cycle of updates to bring back the detail. I've had the same problem. Eventually it will fix itself.

I've had other issues with not getting some e-mails from CO this week. I have not received the usual check-in is open e-mails. There have been ultra slow confirmation e-mails, days later. Trip Alerts have been fine though.

Good to know in case anyone is wondering why Recent Activity is unable to display info.

I also had an issue this week. My husband's itinerary disappeared from my profile. I booked an award for him with miles from my account. When I went to check us in, my reservations was there but his had magically disappeared. I managed to do it with the confirmation number.
