Does anybody know how I can get my ticket on HA to appear in the "Manage Reservations" section of co.com? Yes, I tried to browse it in via reservation number and last name. The problem seems to be that I have a HA confirmation number and HA ticket number, but the CO system is not recognizing them. It would appear that I need a different "type" of confirmation number. I recall that CO usually uses alpha numeric codes, e.g. ABC12D, whereas HA (and other airlines) is using ABCDEF. Is it something to do with the "system", e.g. SABRE vs. Continental?

Why would you expect an HA-ticketed HA-operated record to display at CO.com?

To this end, I've had my own HA-operated, NW-operated, and DL-operated tickets appear in the CO GUI. I'll grant you that in those three cases, they were ticketed by CO (which made the process easy), but I have/want to believe that there is some FT'er here that knows how to do this, short of calling the OPSC.

The flights will not show unless either the e-ticket is pulled to CO or else CO generates a PNR of its own and "attaches" the flight.

Did you give HA your OnePass number? I doubt this would make the reserveation show up on Co.com, but it will at least give you miles and EQM credits on your OnePass account after the flight.
