AMEX TO CO TO KLM
If I transfer AMEX miles to a CO FF account, can I use those miles to upgrade from coach to WBC on KLM? If so, are such upgrades easy to get. Have heard horror stories about COs upgrade policies.

I just purchased 4 tickets to TLV on CO in BusinessFirst. The trip I'm taking is in June, and virtually all of the regular upgrades were taken, so I had to use EasyPass. It was 200,000mi per ticket (vs. 100,000 w/o EasyPass). Total I used 800,000 AMEX points. But all said, the CO people are extremely friendly setting this up and were more than happy to hold the tickets for 10 days (the transfer from AMEX usually takes 3 days unless you pay $50 to rush it).
