If you mean to book each single segment with a different booking I tryed it but it will cost 200% more. Otherwise I have no idea how to book a multi destination trip on co.com in a single itinerary.

on the multi dest form put in MXP to EWR and the date, on the next leg put in LAX to EWR and the date, then click the highlighted link and on dest 3 put in EWR to MXP it will price out for you.
