(Although on the "Boing 737", I'm not sure, as that seems to be a new plane manufacturer I haven't heard of.)
In all seriousness, it is as likely to be 0 as it is to be 3 or 4 or any other number. You can't tell from the numbers above, first because there's no date or flight info. But even if you had the date/flight info, you couldn't tell, because CO doesn't publish their upgrade buckets anywhere besides internally. A search of this board will reveal several recent threads discussing this very subject, and how no one now really knows. (Used to be that the Z bucket was the number to look at for judging upgrade potential, but now that has changed, and no one seems to know what it changed TO.)

Pardon the CO 'humour',but a couple of questions, are you an elite with CO, and if so what level, or are you using miles to upgrade? I wouldn't count on just an operational upgrade ever with CO on that route.
Assuming you are some sort of elite, (even Silver) I'd say your chances were very very good. Unless they've got some sort of convention going out to Chicago or a tour group (tours to Chicago in Jan???)-- it appears that flight will be pretty empty. If you haven't been EUA'd yet, give them a call.
If you are an elite, I wouldn't waste miles since you'll most certainly get the upgrade.
I do that route frequently, and as a Platinum I've never NOT been upgraded---always at the 72 hour point.
