OnePass EQM on Copa

I apologize if this has already been addressed. I did a search and didn't find anything...

Does anyone know what will happen with Copa Airlines flights? If I fly Copa as a Continental OnePass member, and end up flying in a lower fare class, will I get 50% or 100%?

It looks like COPA flights follow the new rules. The CO web page with the details says
The amount of miles and segments/points awarded toward Elite status earned in 2004 for travel on Continental Airlines, Continental Express and Continental Connection1 will change for select fare classes.
The little "1" links to teeny tiny text that says
Program changes also apply for travel on Copa Airlines, Northwest Airlines, American Eagle codeshare flights, Azteca Airlines and Cape Air when traveling on equivalent fare classes/types.....
Note that there is NO info on this little addition (or any mention of COPA) on the page that all the new 100% EQM data links to.
