Problem with Chase Miles
Do any of you gurus have advice for getting in contact with someone at Chase who can help solve a problem having to do with miles earned on a Chase/Continental card? (It's definitely a problem created on the Chase end, no CO's) I seem to be getting nowhere with multiple calls and talking to the average CSR that answers the main 800 number for CO cards. Would love to have any tips!
