Gold upgrades

Gold upgrades
According to the website, CO starts processing electronic upgrades for gold members 3 days before. If the flight is on Tuesday evening: do they process it at midnight Sat-Sun or Fri-Sat? It may seem silly to you guys, but I'm not sure if CO counts the day of departure as one day. Any ideas?

They begin processing at 12:01 a.m. Houston time on the third day prior. So, for a Tuesday departure, EUA would run between 12:01 and about 2:00 a.m. Central Time on Saturday.

For example, my Tuesday morning flight to PNS got upgraded last night at 1:00AM.
