Left CO for AA....
I was one of the ones getting the short end of the stick from CO as I fly on mixed tickets and about half of them are Q fares the rest are Y,V,H,B etc...all I can say is wow..what a difference in the coach products between AA and CO. In AA you actually get legroom and cushions for the seats!!! I was loyal to CO for a long time but the finance guys at CO decided I wasnt a good customer and that my $15,000 a year could go elsewhere. I was the one who filled up those flights that were usually empty...so I guess no customer is better than one who decides on how to best spend his money with your company to get the most for his dollars. I have been very pleased with AA both internationally and domestically and I am well on my way to Platinum there (CO Gold)...so I have taken my last flight on CO. One day finance people will stop running companies into the ground but I dont think it will be anyime soon...best of luck to those who stay with CO but its best days are behind it....
