Class O Question
Hi - I fly a few times a week from CLE to MDW and recently the trips I have been booking show up as as class Y online but when booked come up as O. As you well know, this costs me a segment each time and does not qualify for the Continental Select program that has been discussed on this board before that ends in September. I called the travel agent and she booked it as a Y fare and it was the same price as the O. Odd...any idea on why this is?
