Quick Customer Care question - - - please help.

Hello. I'm trying to fax a complaint letter to Continental regarding a 24-hour delay in getting my family to our destination (in July, nothing to do with Katrina).

Does anyone have a fax number for Customer Care dept? Northwest gives us (Gold Elite) a direct fax number for its own dept., but I dont know where to send my letter.

email them. contraray to popular belief ive always got a response, and even though you're not supposed to respond back to them, you absolutely can, and they will then repsond back again.

When I get a response from someone at CO (and I, too, always do -- usually very promptly), the CSR usually offers that if they can assist further they welcome my reply.
