What does this mean? Help needed interpeting CO SPEAK.
The followiing text is pasted directly from CO website:
""A new source of OnePass travel benefits.
As a OnePass member, you'll receive the following benefits on all Virgin Atlantic flights systemwide:
Actual miles for Economy and Premium Economy travel.
A 50% fare class bonus for Upper Class travel.
Miles and segments/points that count toward OnePass Elite qualification on Continental/Virgin Atlantic codeshare flights between the U.S. and the U.K. ""
Are my follow statements correct?
1- No elite bonuses. As a CO Plat. flying economy, I will earn 100% of base miles WITHOUT any 125% Plat. elite bonus.
2- If my Virgin flight is not a CO codeshare , then I will still earn elite qualifying mileage.
3- CO OnePass would consider a virgin coded flight number operated on a third party carrier metal as if it were a aaaaaaavirgin flight.
Thanks

My understanding of the rules.
If you fly a VS flight on a VS code, you get:
- miles flown that do NOT count towards status
If you fly a VS flight on a CO code, you get:
- miles
- elite qualifying miles and segments
- elite bonus

There's no mention of VS here:

Elite Bonuses & Rewards
Elite Mileage Bonuses
Elite members have the opportunity to earn OnePass miles toward rewards much faster than other members. Each Elite level receives a mileage bonus in addition to actual flight miles earned:
125% mileage bonus for Platinum Elite members
100% mileage bonus for Gold Elite members
50% mileage bonus for Silver Elite members
Elite mileage bonuses are deposited automatically in the Elite member's account along with the actual flight mileage earned. Elite bonus miles are applied toward the Elite member's total OnePass account mileage balance only and are not valid toward Elite status qualification.
Calculated against the actual flight miles of each segment flown, an Elite mileage bonus is earned by Elite members every time they travel with a qualifying paid fare on these participating airlines and partners:
Air Europa
Alaska Airlines
Amtrak (select routes)
Azteca Airlines
British European (flyBE.)
Continental Airlines
Continental Connection (Gulfstream International and CommutAir)
Continental Express
Continental Micronesia
Copa Airlines
Hawaiian Airlines (interisland flights only)
Horizon Air
KLM Royal Dutch Airlines
Northwest Airlines
Northwest Airlink
SNCF/TGV (Continental flights connecting at Charles de Gaulle)
Continental code-share flights operated by other airlines (ticketed as Continental)
Elite members also may earn Elite mileage bonuses on Delta Air Lines, Delta Express, Delta Shuttle and Delta Connection flights (excluding Delta Song flights and Delta Connection flights operated by American Eagle). Bonuses for these airlines are as follows:
100% mileage bonus for Platinum and Gold Elite members
25% mileage bonus for Silver Elite members
