737-900 question

Why is it that left hand side of row 10 has no window, but right side does? Is this common to only CO versions of 737-900, or are they all that way.

I think it has to do with some duct work for the air conditioning systems that is routed up from the engines through that section of the fuselage. It's not just an issue with CO's 737-900s - it's part of the plane's design. The same issue exists on the 737-800, in seat 8A, where there is no window.
