First (L) : Software problem?

First (L) : Software problem?
I just noticed for a september itinerary (Economy) that it lists the following on co.com :
Flight: CO1083
Aircraft: Boeing 737-300
Fare Class: First (L)
Meals: Snack
No Special Meal Offered.
Flight: CO307
Aircraft: Boeing 757-200
Fare Class: First (L)
Meals: Snack
No Special Meal Offered.
...
all First (L) fare class but doesn't allow me for first class seating since of course the upgrade windows hasn't passed. Anybody else have noticed the same problem?

The seat map links to the front cabin of the aircraft, but if you look at the Fare Conditions, it states that fare is for economy class travel.
Looks like it's a widespread problem.
