Timing comp to CO
A UA Premier I know might move to Houston in May. (Her face lit up when I told her about the free upgrades, although it might be tough for a Silver out of IAH?) I read a number of threads on comping. One issue that I did not find is the timing.
Most airlines comp the following year if it happens after approx. July. So, should she wait until July to request the comp? I.e. would it then be valid until 2/2005? (Not sure if CO status extends thru Feb as on US and UA.)
