Gold upgrades when and how
When and how do upgrades for Golds happen ?
Any way to make sure they do ?
Where to check if you were upgraded ?
Is a reservation enough for an upgrade or does the ticket have to be issued ?

NWA 3+ Days
CO 3 is what the elite guide says
Question 2
NWA if there's avail you can call and have it manually done if the computer misses you
CO - Nope
Question 3
You can check on either airlines web site to verify and upgrade
Question 4

For NWA it's whenever they get around to it but typically further out than 72hrs
For CO they typically hold the seats back so it's about 15 mins before pushback
