no change fee!
Didn't know if this has been placed on this board, but I booked two tickets today based on CO new policy of not charging the change fee. (listed on the front page of the CO web site under flexible travel policy)
"Continental customers who have purchased tickets for U.S. domestic and international travel through May 18 may make a one-time change to their travel plans without paying the standard change fee. To take advantage of the new policy, customers must make the change by the earlier of April 19 or their originally scheduled date of travel. Travel may be rescheduled for any date through Dec. 31, 2003."

Thank you for pointing this out to me.
Next time, I'll be sure to:
a. review posts beyond the first two pages before I post again.
b. in addition, do a DETAILED search with all possible key words to ensure that a topic is never duplicated again.
I'm always thankful for the FT'ers out there that have the time to do the searches and point out errors like this one.
I'll think "efficiency first" rather than attempt to put up a helpful post in the future.

You know, there are always a load of really snarky comments made in this forum (and others), but the tenor of the previous replies is just a little much. If someone is new, cut them a break, would you please? Is it that difficult? For once do you think you could just ignore something you consider duplicative and move on, or just reply without showing the world your incredible petulance? I've never understood why many who seem to live at this website feel that gives them the right to belittle others, but please, just knock it off. Thank goodness for the positive comments that actually make this site worthwhile...

You're not a REAL FT'er until you've been "spanked" by UpgradeMe.
