eletronic upgrade notification.
I have not been able to get this (eletctronic upgrade notification) feature to work. I am gold an never get the notification eventhough I have set it up. Anyone have a suggestion?

Perhaps your ISP thinks the message is SPAM. Have you tried using a different email address?

Re-enter your email address into your account. A lot of email addresses were deleted during the co.com switchover.

And also make sure that your name matches exactly everywhere (all profiles, all reservations, etc.). An extra middle initial appearing in the wrong place will screw everything up completely.
