I've been trying all day. I can get in but I get an "error" message when I try to ticket or reserve a flight.
I held a res yesterday for March 27, and I could not retreive it today because "all segments have already been flown." Naturally the price had gone up today.
I called the "elite" desk for help with ticketing and got a lecture because I had made and cancelled the same itinerary several times over the past few days (Yeah, I'll admit it--I was hoping the fare would go down by today). I was told that was why it wouldn't let me ticket. She said that every reservation I made holds up inventory so it can't be sold. I said, "even if it's cancelled?", and she said "yes".
I could see I was getting nowhere so I asked to be connected to tech support. They were able to ticket my itinerary and "force" the lower fare.
I told him I had been unable to ticket or reserve anything on the web site all day today but he seemed unconcerned.
I just tried again a few minutes ago and the res site still seems to be down.
I would think they should be more concerned about all the revenue they are losing because people get frustrated with the web site and go elsewhere than with my cancelled reservations.
(Edited for lousey grammar.)
