CO 1st Class Help...
New to this a bit, so pardon my question a bit...
Does this code pretty much mean that 1st class is a no-go? Any help on reading this would be great!

F is the bucket in which upgrades come from. if available, seats will be moved to the F bucket over time as the flight gets closer. then, they are allocated by a very big computer in the order of elite status and fare class paid.
in my experience, the system is pretty darn reliable. i never feel like a gold or silver is upgraded ahead of me (i am platinum). but, i never count on being upgraded. i book an exit row seat and bring my own food on board.

"A8" means that there are a whole lot of unsold FC seats, though. If your EUA window was tomorrow, I think you'd have a pretty good shot.
