I am going to be flying Continental Airline's BusinessFirst to Zurich. As a BusinessFirst ticket holder, am I entilted to access a lounge in ZRH? I have done some searches on the internet and yielded nothing.

Yes, you will have lounge access in ZRH as a Continental BusinessFirst ticketholder. At check-in, the agent will issue a lounge invitation. If one isn't issued, request one. This invitation will be collected upon entry at the contracted lounge Continental uses. I believe it is operated by Swissport (but I can't recall for certain). The lounge is nothing special.

Continental Presidents Club members receive no lounge access in Zurich based upon their membership.

However, if you are a BF customer, you can request from the BF Concierge in EWR to have a hotel room available for you to shower and rest. I just did this a month ago. They will send you to the Rennaisance - ZRH Airport Hotel. It's about 10 minutes from the hotel but the rooms are very nice. They also have little Toblerones at the registration desk! The concierge in ZRH will give you the voucher.

Nah, just a late-season MR, so not BF this time. I checked out the Skyteam web site, and they seem to indicate that ST+ (e.g., CO Plats) have lounge access at MOST ST lounges. I'm looking for anyone with recent experience in order to see where the AF lounge fits within the MOST qualifier.
