Does the intl upgrade list ever clear?
Flight 91 for 2/16 looks like:
J4 D3 Z1 Y1 H0 K0 B0 V0 Q0 T0
It's obvious that it's overbooked and operational upgrades will be done on it. I am willing to put my miles on the upgrade but it doesn't clear.
Last time I had this story, I argued with a CO supervisor that strongly believed that all seats will be sold on the flight. I ended up with the operational upgrade without paying a dime or a mile (I was was on a very expensive H class ticket). This time I'm on a cheaper K class ticket so I wouldn't count on my chances for the op. upgrade but am willing to pay with miles.
Dumb airline ...
