No, and no. That information is only available to CO employees.

While there is currently no way to see CO F-class availability directly, if one knows (or can establish) the correlation between the the standard business award class (E/CS) availability, the non-restricted business award availability (P/CA) and the upgrade availability, then upgrade availability can be estimated using those factors ...

Hmmm...seems dependent on the query. Not all queries cause a problem, however clicking on any of the non-stop flights in the query below seem to give the error:

All of the above flights are actually non-stop. However, for some reason, the [Enhanced Seat Maps] Engine currently sees them as being UA-coded only, which, in turn, causes the error.

Yes, most likely.

Ohh, and I had trimmed out the connecting flights which is why they were all non-stop :) The query brings back connecting flights as well.

I also ran into something on another query with seat maps, maybe related? It was telling me that a certain cabin didn't exist on the flight. It was a CO flight and I was checking for business (which used to work). However it would let me bring up F which would be more typical of UA.

Indeed, CO's 'Classic' Domestic C Cabin is now gone in external systems:

Inconsistency between CO website and KVS. The website is showing R3 RN3 I3 IN3. But KVS is showing:

[KVS Availability Tool 6.8.1/Diamond - ITA: Awards-Upgrades/CO]
Code:

LAX  Los Angeles Intl CA US [KLAX]
IAH  Houston George Bush Intercnt'l TX US [KIAH]
FRI  09 Dec 2011

Carrier    Flight  From  Depart    To    Arrive    A/C  St  Availability

This is true whether logged in as an elite or as a general member. Further confirmed because my reservation is allowing up to 3 more seats to be upgraded to with miles.

Edit:
More information. It seems that if I do a regular flight search it does come up as 0 for all four fare classes. However, if I click on the fare class from my reservation it lists 3 across the board. Weird.

Interesting, but that is partner availability which should be MUCH easier to mess up than CO's own availability on their metal on their website.
