Can anyone help this old traveller?

I have been a CO Platinum Elite for like 10 years or whenever it was created (actually I was an Eastern Airlines ET before they created the whole elite thing which later turned to Gold Elite which later turned to this 3 tier---you can see how old I am)


But I was not made an Infinity Elite for some tech reason a while back.

But I am too old to understand all the changes nowdays and then when I learn it changes again.

SO Question: I only qualified for lame Silver this year as I switched to Cathay Pacific for my asia runs. Is there any chance begging Onepass to view the history and match my Cathay Pacific statuswill get me back Platinum? Does anyone have a link who to even call to do this?? Not sure I really care anymore about CO but with the new Delta alliance I would like to keep hire tier status
