Location for getting Comp

Location for getting Comp
I couldnt find this on previous threads. I asked if CO would comp me based on my Delta PM status. They said to take latest statement to service center, but haven't responded if there isnt a service center near me, can I do this at the ticket counter.

You gotta buy a ticket to take you and your documents to the any CTO (City Ticket Office) for verification and FAX to the Top Secret OnePass Service Center FAX number, sorry there ain't no other way.
