How do I access ITN?
I keep reading about ITN, but I have no idea what it is or how to access it. Is it a free service? Any information about this and how I can use it would be appreciated.

To see the fare codes/buckets for the flights, you need to set up a profile and log in each time. Make sure you set your user preference as EXPERT (I think the default in NOVICE).
