Continental Losing the Post Count Compared with Delta!
Anybody remember a couple of years ago the number of posts on the Delta and Continental forums were running close together? Today Delta forum leads Continental by about 25% in both the number of topics and number of posts!
Sure, some of it could be due to the defection of cigarman, but his total of 2,000 + posts can't explain the almost 10,000 posts and 1000 topic difference today between the two forums.
Maybe it's just the difference between "Enhancement" and "Simply good business"
Of course Continental and Delta combined don't quite reach the numbers in the United forum, the FlyerTalk leader.

Could it be that Delta is the #3 airline in terms of size and Continental is #5?

Could it also be that now more people vehemently dislike the Delta program more than the Continental program....and are expressing their feelings...

and I'm afraid some on the Delta board may disagree with the 'Simply Good Business' statement.

Amazing the new "competitiveness" of the airlines (at least CO and DL)...
"Our customers hate us more than yours do!"
"No, our customers think we REALLY suck..."

I find it more fun to read and post in more general boards like Omni and TravelBuzz.

Having lurked these boards for months I have just started posting..the reason? the upcoming changes to the DJ FF program.
We DL elite flyers have a lot of things to talk about right now! I like to take a peak over here at the CO forums as I love flying CO and ya'll have the best food on domestic FC seating hands down. (But then again I have not been on all of your RJ's out of CLE!, I am IAD when going CO)

I think us "Kool Aid Kooks" have done such a good job backing up Gordo and company that the "Healthy Skeptics" have recanted their former doubting ways.
Seriously, there have been tons of posts in the past month about the SkyMiles changes. I'd look for the AA forum to pick up steam as the defections mount.
