Day of Upgrades?

I apologize for the stupid question, but I can't find the answer with a search. Does Contintenal offer 24-hour paid upgrades to F when checking in on-line? Does any other airline? I am pretty sure I saw that an airline offered this option for about $200 each way, but I can't remember which one.
Thanks!

CO doesn't. Someone here will know which airline(s) do allow this.

"Day of Upgrades"...made me think of "Night of Living Dead" or something.

Complex adjectives need a hyphen, as in

"Day-of Upgrades".

Still obtuse enough to get me to look...

Northwest Day of Upgrades

Northwest days these for $50-100 depending on length of flight - they upgrade only after all elites are confirmed...

More descriptive and also grammatically correct would be: Upgrades on the day of travel (or more precisely, "Paid upgrades on the day of travel").

Upgrades of this sort, should they be available would be EXTREMELY rare.
non-Y plats are looking at pretty cr@ppy upgrade rates on transcons, while event plats are sweating almost all other upgrades at all but the least peak times these days.

UA will sometimes offer when ticketing and then again sometimes offer at kiosk check-in. AS and HP offer during the check-in process. The only that CO offers, that I am aware of, is HI upgrades within 24 hours.

Can't resist...the rule is actually that a hyphen is used for compound adjectives that preceed a noun.

Day-of precedes "travel", which the OP left out for brevity and incompleteness. Sometimes there are "phantom" words that are assumed to be there.
