Does CO Comp Elite Level Based on Level in other FF Programs?

Does CO Comp Elite Level Based on Level in other FF Programs?
As an American Airlines AA Platinum and US Airways Gold Preferred, does anyone know if CO would comp me to Gold or Platinum? I am not sure if the airlines do this like the hotels do.

To maintain the integrety of the One Pass Elite program, CO Comps to Platinum status based on a very select criteria - you have to have a pulse.
