Can I get AMEX bonuses through foreign travel agent?
Quick question:
Can I get the Amex bonuses if I buy my ticket through a foreign travel agent (w/ an amex card)?
Also, can I use any Amex card (i.e. Starwood, etc.) or does it have to be one of the charge cards (i.e. green/gold/plat/black)?
