CO Website problems
I had trouble purchasing a ticket on CO's website today and when I called the help desk (1-800-300-1547) the lady said that Netscape users were having a lot of trouble today.

Well then, maybe I should switch to Netscape
I have problems every day, if Netscape is only giving you problems today, then that is encouraging.
In all seriousness, does this itinerary by chance include a code-share? I notoriously have problems with those...

Yes, it did involve a codeshare.
I think I also tried to use Internet Explorer once, but am not sure. Incidentally, when I called the Elite telephone line the agent wanted about $20 more for the ticket. She was kind enough to reserve the flights then I called the eservice help line (see above for number) and the helpdesk person worked it out.

FWIW, the co.com specials site was excruciatingly slow and kept timing out all day today.
I think that's par for the course, though.

.... and don't forget to vote in the Freddies for CO's award winning, always helpful, on time, error-free website.... oops sorry, that idea went in the "no benefit changes" box too....

you mean the one where you still can't book reward travel?
but, if they did that, then guys like us could go on and with some free time on our hands figure out what a sham the whole reward travel program is, cuz there are never any seats available?
I think they like us in the dark, where we need to call a phone number and go round-and-round about what days "might" be available...

The "activity since last statement" option on the OnePass web site has been disabled since last Wednesday.
