Meals
I flew Continental last year from Newark to Seattle and most people had to choose between the chicken or beef meals. I'm planning to go to Seattle again this year and I was wondering if it is the same choice this year ? Do they hand out plastic knives and forks ? I thought the chicken and mashed potatoes was good last year, but I don't know what to expect this year.

oh...are they the same as last year on Seattle to Newark (and vice versa) flights.
