Best way to join
I recently flew EVA airlines, and I was told that the best way was to have those miles transferred to this program. Is there a promotion when one gets bonus miles for enrollment?

Obviously the poster is talking about OP(OnePass).Unfortunately there's no bonus miles for enrolling in OP for US residents.
