Miles for Magazines question

Has anyone had any experiences with this? I saw 64 issues of the Wall Street Journal listed for 1000 miles and thought.. Wow! What a great deal (52 weeks of the WSJ goes for $175 bucks). But then it hit me.. Would CO offer such a good deal on mileage redemptions? No way!

Is the "price" in miles listed on the "Miles for Magazines" page per issue or for an entire subscription? Would the WSJ subscription cost 1000 or 64000 miles?

If the charge is per issue, the wording on the page is extremely deceptive.

Keep in mind that the offer does NOT say 64 WEEKS.....it says 64 issues. (I would guess that would be about two months.) Still, not a bad deal, if you value miles at 2.5 cents each.
