Hope someone on the board or maybe OP rep will have an answer to this one. I just checked my account and noticed that one of the segment of my recent trip is not posted. My travel companion has all his segments posted. This happened in the past a few times as well. It seems always happens when a parterner is used. I flew on NW. It always takes for ever to have the problem corrected too. Anyone has idea why this happens and any suggestion how to prevent this happening? It seems very strange why I got NRT TO SFO but not BKK to NRT. I checked in BKK and only gave the agent my OP card at BKK not at NRT. But I got the miles posted from NRT to SFO but not BKK to NRT. Last time it happened was at PEK. NO PEK to NRT. Some kind of partern here?
