CO/NW Codesharing Booking Question
I am having problems booking any CO codeshares on NW (and conversely NW codeshares on CO) out of SAT. I have checked Expedia for the fare basis codes and the fares usually include connections at IAH/MEM/MSP/etc. However, I am unable to find a booking engine that successfully finds any of the codeshares. (They do exist because they are listed in the paper schedules every time.)
On the other hand, if I look for CO/NW codeshares out of AUS, the booking engines pull them up easily.
As an example, try AUS-SEA and you will get both CO flights and CO codeshare flights on NW. However, if you try SAT-SEA, only CO flights show up.
Do anyone have a solution??

While all of those routings exist, no airlines really provide all of those routings to booking engines.
There's no reason that you can't fly on NW metal... you still get OnePass miles (+ Elite).
Assuming that the prices are the same, they are w/in about $30, what is the benefit of flying on CO metal purchased on nwa.com? Why not just fly NW metal via MSP/MEM? or on CO metal purchased from CO.com?
Maybe I'm missing something... in a previous thread I had suggested pricing things out on NW because sometimes there are massive pricing discrepancies.
FWIW - give NW a call. They can usually confirm availability of seats for the routing that you want. Have all of your info ready... tell them that they are all CO code-shares and have the flight times/dates ready, for some reason flight#'s haven't done me a lot of good.

So it sounds like exit "yes", bulkhead "no"? Just tried for bulkhead on EWR - CDG -- it's not choosable on-line and the Plat. rep. said forget it until 24 hr. before.
